




Provide support for civil construction site activities, as well as various occasional services in civil, architectural, hydrosanitary, stormwater, electrical, electronic, data and voice, automation, and special equipment and facility installations, under the guidance of professionals from each respective field and supervision of the General Foreman, Industrial Technicians, and Contract Engineers; Perform general low-complexity tasks under guidance and supervision; Carry out electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, masonry, and blind maintenance services, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment; Keep the workplace free of debris by collecting waste materials, equipment, and tools; Perform all tasks in full compliance with safety regulations and higher-level instructions, reporting task completion to the General Foreman; Perform other duties inherent to the position under the guidance and supervision of professionals from each respective field and the General Foreman; **Requirements:** Candidate must have completed elementary education; Basic knowledge of maintenance. Additionally, NR33 certification is required, with a minimum initial training duration of 16 hours and periodic refresher training of 8 hours (if applicable), as well as NR35 certification with a minimum training duration of 8 hours.
