ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - REPRESENTATIVE

Description

**The Representative's responsibilities include:** a) Command, coordinate, and supervise the execution of contracted services on the CONTRACTOR'S premises. Handle all company matters at service sites (e.g., hiring, termination, vacations, timekeeping control, warnings), etc. b) Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment and facilities provided by the CONTRACTOR for use by the CONTRACTED employees. c) Comply with and enforce all directives, instructions, and guidelines issued by the CONTRACTOR's authorities and by the contract oversight body. d) Provide requested information and/or documentation to the CONTRACTOR's authorities and/or the contract oversight body, related to service execution and contractual obligations, within a timely manner. e) Report to the contract supervisor to resolve any doubts regarding service execution and other contractual obligations. f) Immediately and promptly report in writing to the contract supervisor any and all observed irregularities. g) Ensure that employees always report first to RCS—not to CONTRACTOR staff/authorities—in cases of issues related to contractual execution. h) Perform any additional activities or tasks assigned, as well as any others deemed necessary, relevant, or inherent to the proper delivery of contracted services. i) Submit to the CONTRACTOR all documents required for analysis and preparation of reports aimed at issuing the Invoice/Tax Receipt, per IN 05/2017. j) Clarify any questions concerning Invoices/Tax Receipts for services rendered—or any other submitted documentation—whenever requested. k) Manage all matters related to the CONTRACTED employees, assuming accountability before the CONTRACTOR. **Requirements:** Completed high school education Higher education (completed or in progress) is desirable, preferably in Engineering, Administration, or Law. Essential: experience leading teams, proficiency in conflict management and mediation, and strong decision-making ability in challenging situations.
