**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education. * Experience in receiving, inspecting, picking, and handling merchandise. * Experience with the SAP system will be considered a plus. * Desired ability to manage priorities. * Capacity for learning, practice, and consistent adherence to company procedures, standards, and rules. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. **A day in the life of a Logistics Operator:** * RECEIVING MERCHANDISE: + Conducts quantitative and qualitative receipt of both commercial and non-commercial merchandise (e.g., equipment, office supplies), verifying and identifying general condition, supplier, length, reference, shade, expiration date, etc. + Prepares the physical space and necessary equipment for proper receipt, avoiding loss of productivity during inspection. + Records all relevant information about received merchandise (quantities, apparent condition, expiration dates, etc.) in the inspection report, ensuring quality and preventing losses. + Stores merchandise at the correct warehouse location by reading the receipt slip to expedite future order picking or delivery. + Labels products missing or defective barcodes and applies security labels to theft-sensitive items, ensuring merchandise delivered to retail is available for sale. + Sorts merchandise according to flow typology—store or warehouse merchandise. + Releases merchandise for storage in the Store or Warehouse, contacting the Replenishment or Storage team to perform storage (Receiving Voucher). + Performs anti-shrinkage actions through rigorous qualitative and quantitative checks on received merchandise, supported by efficient vehicle flow in the Merchandise Receiving yard and proper use of material handling equipment (pallet jacks, cages, etc.). + Maintains organization of equipment, tools, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). + Stacks pallets safely to avoid damage to property and people. + Keeps the receiving area clean and organized to help combat shrinkage and prevent workplace accidents. + Receives shrinkage-validated items from Retail, performing qualitative and quantitative inspection and placing shrinkage-labeled items in the designated disposal area. + Receives supplier returns validated by Retail, conducting qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. + Receives shipments for Technical Support, performing qualitative and quantitative inspections and scheduling pickup. * PICKUP AND HOME DELIVERY: + Picks RSS (Reserve Against Stock), identifying products and informing the Commercial Department of the pick. + Assigns physical locations for merchandise, maintaining rotating inventory based on the RSS product list. + Delivers merchandise to customers promptly and courteously, loading items into the customer’s vehicle. + Picks and inspects merchandise, verifying all items listed on the issued order, making them available for customer pickup at the Merchandise Pickup Area or for carrier dispatch (home delivery). * REPLENISHMENT: + Restocks products in the store appropriately. * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: + Stores merchandise and ensures inventory quality and reliability. + Reviews daily orders generated by the Commercial Department, analyzes data consistency required in orders (addresses, phone numbers, delivery dates, references, availability, etc.), organizes order picking chronologically, and releases orders for billing. + Provides telephone support to inform customers about delivery timelines. + Reports any issues involving the picking team, operations, or products to the Logistics Supervisor. + Assists the Logistics Supervisor in optimizing warehouse slotting (setup, rotating inventories, etc.). + Processes canceled RSS orders daily. + Records shrinkage incidents identified during merchandise picking. + Maintains good relations and serves as the liaison with third-party carriers. + Collaborates with the Customer Service team to proactively address potential merchandise-related issues. + Reports merchandise-related incidents to the Logistics Supervisor and/or Logistics Manager. + Serves as the primary contact for the Merchandise Pickup Counter. + Is responsible for their work equipment. + Adheres to safety regulations.
