Job Summary: Infrastructure and IT Support Analyst to ensure stability, security, and availability of IT resources, performing maintenance, fault prevention, and digital innovation. Provide technical support to end users and the IT team Infrastructure and IT Support Analyst RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure stability, security, and availability of IT infrastructure resources, guaranteeing that servers, networks, computers, laptops, and other devices operate efficiently and reliably. Perform maintenance and fault prevention, implement information security best practices, and contribute to TICerto’s digital innovation and transformation. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: \- Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux; \- Experience with pfSense firewall; \- Experience with TCP/IP networking, VPNs, IPSEC, switches, and routers; \- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and user management; \- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); \- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution; \- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities; \- Microsoft and Linux certifications are advantageous during hiring. WHAT WE SEEK: \- Administer and monitor Windows and Linux servers, networks, and infrastructure services for our clients. \- Manage configuration, maintenance, and support of corporate hardware and software. \- Provide technical support to end users and the IT team. \- Support infrastructure improvement projects, system migrations, and new technology implementations.
