* Job objective: The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring the company’s inventory management operates efficiently and in an organized manner. The primary focus is to guarantee product availability, control material inflows and outflows, and assist in maintaining appropriate inventory levels. This role is crucial to support the team in delivering high-quality water filtration and purification solutions.
* Responsibilities:
* Controls and monitors product movement in inventory, accurately recording incoming and outgoing items to maintain data accuracy.
* Assists in organizing and arranging inventory, ensuring products are stored accessibly and under appropriate storage conditions.
* Conducts periodic inventories to verify available stock quantities and identify potential losses or inconsistencies.
* Collaborates in analyzing restocking needs, supporting purchase order execution with suppliers when required.
* Interacts with sales and logistics teams, providing necessary information to ensure timely product delivery to customers.
* Qualifications:
* Practical knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
* Analytical skills for inventory control and identification of consumption trends.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration.
* Basic proficiency in computer tools, especially spreadsheets and inventory management software.
* Educational qualifications: Completed high school; technical course in logistics or related fields is desirable.
* Professional experience: Prior experience in logistics or inventory-related activities will be considered a plus, including internships and academic projects in this field.
* KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Practical knowledge of inventory control and product movement, familiarity with inventory management principles, and ability to handle numerical data.
