We are looking for a Human Resources Department Assistant to join our team!
This person will be responsible for supporting HR and personnel administration routines, including:
* Conducting recruitment and selection processes (resumé screening, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback);
* Controlling and updating HR spreadsheets and systems;
* Controlling and updating quota spreadsheets (PCD, apprenticeship programs, etc.);
* Managing onboarding of new employees (document collection and system registration);
* Managing and keeping employee records up to date, organizing files and documents;
* Supporting the delivery of training sessions and internal initiatives;
* Contributing to internal communication and engagement and wellbeing initiatives;
* Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management follow\-up;
* Providing support for administrative tasks within the HR and Personnel Department.
### **JOB REQUIREMENTS**
* Completed high school education (a completed bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields is a plus)
* Generalist profile;
* Prior experience in Human Resources;
* Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., Domínio, TOTVS, ADP, SENIOR, etc.)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of Personnel Department procedures is desirable.
