We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to work on the development and evolution of a hospital ERP, focusing on integrations, automations, and healthcare-sector solutions. ## About the Job We seek a professional with an analytical mindset, technical autonomy, and product vision who enjoys building robust and modern systems for the hospital sector. The candidate will directly participate in building and evolving strategic system modules, integrations with health insurance providers, and hospital workflows. ## Technical Requirements - Experience with Node.js - Experience with NestJS - Experience with React and Next.js - Knowledge of WebSocket - Knowledge of REST APIs - Knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL databases - Experience with Git/GitHub - Experience with hospital systems or the healthcare sector - Familiarity with the TISS/ANS standard - Ability to work effectively with automation and modern development tools ## Nice-to-Have Qualifications - Experience with healthcare integrations - Knowledge of hospital billing - Experience with SaaS architecture - Knowledge of healthcare-sector SOAP/XML integrations ## Desired Profile - Organized and proactive individual - Strong problem-solving ability - Quick learner - Hands-on attitude - Good communication skills and autonomy - Interest in technology and innovation applied to healthcare ## Employment Model - Remote work - PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) contract - Flexible working hours ## About the Project You will work on a growing hospital platform, directly contributing to product evolution, strategic integrations, and technical decisions regarding the solution.
