Job Summary: Responsible for developing and enhancing systems and process automations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring system and data integration. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement process automations using programming languages such as Python and Java to optimize workflows and increase operational efficiency. Create and analyze detailed reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel to provide insights and support decision-making. Perform system integrations using APIs and other technologies to ensure efficient data exchange and process continuity. Monitor and fix errors in systems and automations by conducting tests and implementing solutions to ensure application stability and performance. Collaborate with the development team by participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions to identify needs and propose technical improvements. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation describing processes, automations, and integrations to facilitate maintenance and project continuity. Train and mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and development best practices to promote the team’s technical growth. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends by attending courses and training sessions to apply continuous innovation and improvement to projects. **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor's degree in systems development or related fields. Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in the relevant field. Language Skills: Basic English. Intermediate Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel).
