Job Summary: A corporate systems support and maintenance professional focused on SAP Business One, responsible for analysis, diagnosis, incident resolution, and requirement gathering. Gather requirements and propose systemic solutions **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Preferably business hours **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ **Responsibilities:** * Provide support, maintenance, and sustainment for corporate systems, with focus on SAP Business One * Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and issues related to systems * Gather requirements from business areas, understand needs, and propose systemic solutions * Perform queries, analyses, and validations on SAP HANA and Microsoft SQL Server databases * Create, adjust, and optimize queries, reports, views, and procedures to support operational and managerial activities * Support integrations among corporate systems, APIs, add\-ons, and satellite tools * Participate in functional and technical specifications for enhancements and customizations * Support user acceptance testing, functional testing, and validations with end users * Document processes, business rules, system workflows, and implemented solutions * Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to evolve systems * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and system governance * Support administrative, financial, tax, procurement, inventory, and sales processes as required by business needs **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience as a Systems Analyst, Systems Support Analyst, or similar roles; * **Experience with SAP Business One;** * Knowledge of SAP HANA database; * Experience with Microsoft SQL Server; * Proficiency in SQL queries, creation and analysis of queries, views, and stored procedures; * Experience in incident analysis, root cause identification, and user support; * Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into systemic solutions; * Knowledge of functional and technical documentation; * Experience with system integrations. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with SAP Business One on HANA environment; * Knowledge of add\-ons; * Experience with API-based, service-based, or middleware tool integrations; * Knowledge of tax processes, such as NF\-e, NFS\-e, taxes, and tax regulations; * Experience with business processes in finance, procurement, sales, inventory, and billing; * Experience with management reports and KPIs; * Knowledge of best practices in governance, continuous improvement, and system sustainment. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
