Job Summary: Professional to provide operational support to restaurants via WhatsApp, handling delivery-related issues, process optimization, and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and cost reduction **Job: Delivery Operational Support – Restaurants** **Location: Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR** **Schedule: Rotating 5x2 shift from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM (weekdays off)** **Main Responsibilities** * Provide operational support to restaurants via WhatsApp, managing delivery-related operational matters; * Block branches and products in the system when necessary; * Contact customers regarding delivery-related situations, such as: * Incomplete or incorrect address; * Missing items; * Rider arrival notification at the location; * Order cancellations, among others; * Work on strategic initiatives focused on delivery process optimization and cost reduction; * Ensure clear, concise, and solution-oriented communication among restaurants, customers, and operations. **Requirements** * Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Prior customer service experience; * Experience in restaurant operations is considered a plus. **Behavioral Competencies** * Punctuality and commitment; * Strong communication skills and sense of responsibility; * Adaptability; * Flexibility for occasional schedule changes. **Benefits** * Transportation Allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal Allowance: R$ 145.00; * Unimed Health Insurance (monthly premium \+ co-payment); * Dental Insurance (monthly premium); * Cashback Program; * Pharmacy network partnership; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass).
