Job Summary: Inspect products, parts, and assemblies to ensure compliance with technical and functional standards, and report findings to support preventive action plans. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager * POSITION: QUALITY INSPECTOR * Location: Emiliano Perneta, Pinhais/PR * Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00–17:00; Friday 07:00–16:00 * Employment type: CLT / Permanent **Requirements:** * Required: Completed High School / Vocational Training in Quality/Mechanics/Production * Preferred: Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and measurement instruments **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance R$ 340.00 * On-site lunch provided (with R$ 4.03 daily deduction). * Life insurance – no employee contribution. * MedMe – Nissei Pharmacy discount. * Health care services * Medication purchase subsidy * Dental plan **Responsibilities:** \* Inspect finished or in-process products, parts, assemblies, and other components, verifying dimensions, functionality, and other characteristics using measuring instruments, templates, and other means to ensure conformity to technical, functional, and aesthetic standards. \* Autonomy to approve product quality. \* Report inspection results to management for developing preventive and corrective action plans. \* Read diagrams and instructions to understand quality expectations for the product. \* Approve or reject raw materials against quality standards and record supplier performance. \* Select production samples and inspect them using appropriate methods. \* Maintain test records, data, and various metrics, such as number of defective products, etc. \* Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager. \* Monitor equipment usage to ensure proper maintenance and discard any equipment failing to meet requirements.
