Job Summary: A multifunctional professional responsible for general cleaning, building maintenance, facility inspection, and management of consumable materials to ensure the proper operation of the building. Key Highlights: 1. Performing cleaning and maintenance of environments. 2. Inspecting and performing preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. 3. Managing consumable and cleaning materials. MULTIFUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES Cleaning stairs, floors, walkways, and carpets by sweeping, washing, or waxing them and using vacuum cleaners to remove dust and debris; using cloths or sponges soaked in water and soap or other suitable cleaning agents to maintain the good appearance of areas; arranging restrooms and toilets, cleaning them with water and soap, detergents, and disinfectants, and restocking toilet paper, towels, and soaps to keep them in usable condition; collecting waste from storage areas, gathering it into trash cans for disposal in garbage bins or incinerators. Inspecting corridors, courtyards, areas, and facilities within the building to assess cleaning needs, repairs required, elevator operating conditions, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other equipment, in order to arrange necessary services; maintaining hygiene of premises, removing or incinerating waste, to keep the building in required sanitary conditions; arranging general maintenance services, replacing light bulbs, requesting qualified personnel for repairs of pumps, water tanks, fire extinguishers, and elevators, to ensure operational and safety conditions of facilities; May deliver letters and packages to building occupants. Conducting water and gas meter readings; handling procurement, receipt, verification, and control of consumable and cleaning materials to prevent interruption of the building’s sanitation and maintenance processes and those of its facilities EXPERIENCE IN CONDOMINIUMS Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2.807.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
