




Job Summary: Work on consultative sales of technical products in the dry construction segment, performing active prospecting and customer portfolio management, with a focus on relationship building and development. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (in progress/completed) **Key Responsibilities** * Consultative sales of technical products (Placo, Isover, and Ecophon) * Active customer prospecting (door-to-door, phone calls, messages, and in-person visits) * Management of an assigned customer portfolio without overlap with regional representatives * Relationship management with customers of varying sizes * Interaction with purchasers, store owners, and directors * Participation in trade fairs, events, and corporate engagements * Use of basic Excel, mobile phone, and laptop for information and report management **Role Profile** Work within the dry construction systems segment (drywall, steel frame, and partitions), serving specialized technical distributors and large-scale distributors. * Technical training will be provided * Direct reporting to manager Renan Alves dos Santos * Daily virtual contact and biweekly in-person meetings **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture (in progress or completed) * Brazilian driver's license category B (for use of fleet vehicles) * Basic Excel proficiency * Willingness to travel **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication and active listening skills * Good interpersonal relationship skills * Organized and disciplined * Proactive in prospecting * Eagerness to learn and develop Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
