A culture focused on collaboration, agility, efficiency, and ethics. **AT GLOBALSAT, WE DON’T JUST WANT TO GROW — WE WANT YOU TO BE PART OF IT AND GROW WITH US!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES** * Control, update, and analyze project information, ensuring adherence to the department’s methodology. * Support project communication through indicators, data, and progress reports. * Consolidate information to support project leaders’ decision-making. * Monitor deadlines, costs, resources, and data in the ERP system, ensuring data reliability. * Track departmental budget and project budgetary control. * Maintain up-to-date risk management, supporting mitigation actions. * Analyze and control management indicators, centralizing information and action plans. * Ensure proper organization of project documentation and knowledge management. * Facilitate communication among internal and external stakeholders. * Support the development of methodologies, tools, and team training.  · Represent the company before clients throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** To be an eligible candidate for this position, you must: * Basic knowledge of telecommunications, IT, or technology products and services (satellite bands L, C, Ku, and Ka; fixed/mobile telephony; internet links; fiber optics; MPLS). * Intermediate knowledge of PMBOK project methodology and agile methodologies. * Advanced knowledge of departmental policies, processes, and procedures. * Intermediate knowledge of performance indicators and activity control tools. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and ERP systems). **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Desirable:** Project management certifications (PMBOK and/or agile methodologies). **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in the field. **Additional Information** **BENEFITS:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Flexible Benefits Plan * Meal Voucher * Wellhub * 10-day Paternity Leave * Anniversary Gift * Annual Recognition Program * Vaccination Campaign * Birthday Day Off * Tuition Reimbursement Program **ABOUT GLOBALSAT BRAZIL** We are part of Globalsat Group, the leading conglomerate in mobile and fixed satellite services across the Americas, delivering satellite telecommunications solutions to companies across diverse sectors — including Energy, Railways, Mining, Oil & Gas, Government, Defense, Media, Agriculture, NGOs, and Tourism — serving critical communication needs in remote areas.
