Collaborate to improve lead generation and conversion processes Main Responsibilities: \- Conduct active prospecting of potential clients across various sectors, including industry and civil construction; \- Respond to and qualify inbound leads (from website, campaigns, referrals, etc.); \- Identify needs, understand requirements, and present initial solutions aligned with the company's portfolio; \- Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the sales team; \- Maintain up-to-date CRM records with contact information and interaction history; \- Collaborate with teams to improve lead generation and conversion processes. Requirements \- Completed high school education; undergraduate studies preferred; \- Experience in commercial roles (sales outreach, lead qualification); \- Familiarity with sales funnels and customer journey concepts; \- Easy access to Colombo/PR.
