Prepare service cost estimates to be communicated to the customer. Perform corrective and preventive repairs on equipment. Replace damaged or worn-out parts. Update software or firmware when required for proper equipment operation. Install new devices or systems according to manufacturer specifications. Configure devices to ensure proper functionality and alignment with customer expectations. Conduct tests to verify equipment performance as expected. Ensure equipment complies with safety and quality standards. Document procedures performed, parts replaced, time spent on repairs, and associated costs. Complete technical service reports for internal control and customer delivery. Develop and update Maintenance Instructions for each equipment per ISO 9001, as well as Technical Support work instructions and call-response scripts. Monitor SLA compliance for warranty contracts. Manage and control Technical Support inventory. Handle Level 1/Level 2 support requests via the ticket management platform, including remote access to customer systems for hardware-related issue identification. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. Intermediate technical English proficiency. Proven experience in this role. Proficiency with calipers, multimeters, and oscilloscopes; ability to perform SMD soldering and firmware flashing. Familiarity with ticket management platforms. Intermediate knowledge of operating systems. *Preferred Qualifications:* SAP knowledge. Experience maintaining/replacing components in cameras and biometric equipment.
