Ensuring excellence in customer service quality. ### **About the company:** ### **Founded in 1984, Almeida Krüger operates with extensive experience in commercial advisory and consulting services for the country's leading financial institutions, serving as Banco Santander's external sales force.** ### **Your role will be:** ### **To actively prospect 100% new PJ clients for Banco Santander product sales:** * **PJ Account** * **Fit Energia (referral)** * **Integrated Account (Account \+ card machine)** ### **Ensure your clients complete account activation and linking** ### **Identify new partnerships** ### **Ensure excellence in service quality** ### **Prerequisites:** ### **Minimum 6 months of experience as a sales representative, sales executive, portfolio manager, account manager, or related roles** ### **Familiarity with Microsoft Office and digital tools** ### **Strong communication, negotiation, and sales techniques skills** ### **Experience in prospecting new clients and post-sales support** ### **Results-oriented with focus on achieving targets** ### **Compensation:** ### **Fixed salary of R$ 1\.700 for the first 3 months** ### **After 90 days: R$ 1\.800** ### **After 1 year: R$ 2\.000** ### **Weekly allowance: R$ 300 (R$ 60 per day)** ### **Uncapped commission — the more you produce, the more you earn** ### **Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:18, with a 1-hour lunch break.** ### **Benefits:** ### **Medical and dental assistance (100% employee-funded)** ### **Commercial agreements and discounts** ### **Life insurance** ### **Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent position** ### **Work location:** **Field-based, PAP** ### **https://almeidakruger.com.br/** Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Commercial discounts * Life insurance * Dental assistance * Medical assistance
