The professional will manage requisitions, assist in procurement, control inventory, handle material movement, and schedule maintenance, ensuring operational organization of the fleet.

**Job Description:**

Receive and record requisitions for parts and other materials; Assist in purchasing materials required by the company, subject to approval and/or acknowledgment by the operations coordinator and/or manager; Assist in executing and recording all material movements, from supplier receipt to end user; Assist in physical inventory control; Receive and sign invoices related to supplier deliveries; Participate in the execution of the inventory process; Daily registration of diesel fuel, checklists, and service orders; Opening and closing of service orders (SO); Fleet inspection for operational release and status update via RS1 system; Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance; Scheduling of vehicles for fleet release by operations; Tire management within the RS1 system.
