If you have experience in technical support, network and server administration, and are seeking new challenges, this position may be right for you! **Job Responsibilities:** * Provide firewall support and network monitoring; * Configure network switches; * Implement and maintain servers; * Administer Wi\-Fi and Google Workspace email accounts; * Provide on-site and remote technical support to internal and external users; * Maintain and organize network and server documentation; * Assist in firewall and server configuration and management; * Specify software and IT equipment for procurement; * Configure and maintain networks and computer fleets; * Manage IT equipment inventory; * Manage and control software licenses; * Maintain workstations; * Manage user accounts in Active Directory (A.D.) and email accounts. **Requirements:** * Experience in configuring and maintaining IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of firewalls, network switches, servers, and networks; * Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external users; * Proactivity and organization in maintaining and documenting processes. **We Offer:** * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for learning and growth; * Market-competitive remuneration; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance (VT); * Birthday Day Off.
