We are seeking a **Maintenance Planner** focused on our Fiber Essentials business segment. The Fiber Essentials business unit focuses on the pulp and bleaching markets, where Kemira’s products play an essential role in the value chain. This position will be located in Ortigueira, PR, Brazil. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Complying with EHSQ requirements, promoting risk and environmental impact mitigation; * Planning, scheduling, and controlling maintenance activities via the SAP system; * Investigating and resolving equipment and facility failures; * Conducting quality inspections on internal and external maintenance services; * Identifying needs and preparing material, service, and equipment requisitions; * Developing and reviewing maintenance procedures in accordance with the integrated management system; * Proposing improvements to processes, equipment, and facilities to optimize performance and safety; * Developing and maintaining the equipment hierarchy tree, maintenance plans, and spare parts control; * Creating and tracking maintenance orders based on issued notifications; * Planning resources (labor, services, and materials) and monitoring tools and departmental KPIs. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or Administration, plus a technical qualification in Maintenance. * Experience in corrective, preventive, and/or predictive maintenance activities in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation fields—preferably within chemical industries or similar industrial process sectors. * Intermediate-level English proficiency is considered an advantage. **What You Can Expect From Us:** * An environment that values autonomy and encourages continuous improvement * A collaborative, experienced team focused on development * Modern tools and working practices that enable high performance * A diverse, inclusive, and international culture, with a safe and welcoming environment Ready to create better every day?
