




Job Summary: This professional will assist in organizing and executing Training and Development projects, provide support in Recruitment and Selection, and handle routine HR tasks. Monitor HR indicators and reports **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the **organization and execution of Training and Development (T\&D) projects.** * Support training needs assessment and tracking of capacity-building activities. * Monitor and update **HR department indicators and reports.** * Provide support for **Recruitment and Selection** routines, including resume screening, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and interview assistance. * Support other administrative tasks within the department. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing** in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00\.
