Ensure DevOps standards and processes using corporate tools **Senior Cloud Software Developer (DevOps)** =========================================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description **Job Mission:** Responsible for developing and sustaining the DevOps culture by disseminating DevOps values, principles, tools, and practices to drive operational excellence and maximize value delivery for TOTVS products on a purpose-built cloud. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO:* Promote DevOps culture, tools, and practices across various software development teams through the creation and facilitation of trainings, workshops, and videos; * Support teams by providing best practices and skills to enable their evolution; * Develop improvement plans based on DevOps maturity assessments; * Develop and share standards and best practices with teams through documentation, dissemination, and consultation on relevant topics; * Design, develop, and research tools that assist in daily code, infrastructure, and organizational sustainability, through rigorous impact analysis; * Ensure corporate-established standards by guiding teams on their importance and implementing controls to identify process deviations and enhance the corporate model; * Ensure DevOps processes through corporate tools and industry best practices; * Prepare technical and managerial presentations through critical analysis of the subject matter; * Manage corporate DevOps tools through technical and budgetary controls; * Evaluate tool migrations by participating in agendas for requirement gathering or activity execution. Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Technology. * Experience with Golang and Python; * Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); * CI/CD Tools: Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Travis CI, or CircleCI for continuous integration and continuous delivery automation. — Advanced; * Containers and Orchestration: Knowledge of Kubernetes and managed orchestration services such as GKE, AWS EKS. — Advanced; * IaC (Infrastructure as Code): Proficiency with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for infrastructure automation. — Advanced; * Monitoring and Logging: Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or Splunk. — Advanced; * Source Code Versioning: Proficiency with version control systems such as Git. — Advanced; * Code Quality Tools (e.g., SonarQube, Checkmarx) — Advanced; * Familiarity with Protheus and/or Fluig products.
