Job Summary: Coordinate the technical maintenance team, manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial machinery and facilities, and define indicators and budgets to ensure operational efficiency. Focus on results, cost optimization, and operational efficiency **Description** Coordinate the technical maintenance team; manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for industrial machinery, equipment, and facilities; define indicators and targets; and develop budget plans to reduce costs and ensure operational efficiency. Manage maintenance, repair, and renovation activities for facilities and equipment, ensuring availability of equipment, materials, infrastructure installations, and building facilities for use. Advise on acquisition and implementation of new technologies and perform technical interventions on equipment. Define and optimize maintenance means and methods, and enhance the performance of production facilities in terms of costs and equipment utilization rates. Participate in investment projects and ensure safety, health, and environmental protection; coordinate teams of technicians, technologists, and engineers. **Desirable** * Technical course in Mechanical Engineering; Professional Experience * Knowledge of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and machinery. * Experience in failure analysis, development of corrective action plans, and implementation of continuous improvements. * Solid technical knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems applied to heavy vehicles. * Familiarity with maintenance planning and control (MPC) tools and software. * Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and equipment/parts manuals. * Experience managing performance indicators (KPIs) and managerial reports. * Organizational skills and attention to detail in priority management. * Focus on results, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
