Come be Plena with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in general construction site tasks (loading materials, preparing mortar, cleaning the area, etc.); * Support masons, carpenters, and other construction professionals; * Comply with safety regulations and use of PPE; * Maintain organization and cleanliness at the construction site. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work at construction sites, involving physical effort and outdoor conditions; * Prior experience in civil construction is desirable. **Additional Information** What we offer: * Attendance bonus: 5% of salary. * On-site meals. * Meal allowance. * Partnership agreement with a dental clinic. * Free transportation. * Life insurance. * Wellhub. * Discounts at partner educational institutions (undergraduate and postgraduate programs) and language courses.
