Ensuring excellence in method delivery Pedagogical Coordinator On-site position \- City: DOURADOS/MS Compensation: To be negotiated (Base salary \+ Commission) \> Requirements: * Minimum education: High school diploma * Advanced English proficiency * Advanced Portuguese proficiency * Experience as an English instructor * Commercial skills * Proactivity * Dynamism * Organization * Vision \> Responsibilities: * Monitor student development * Train and manage English and Spanish instructors * Carry out scheduled activities * Enter student pedagogical data into the system * Attend to students and their guardians * Promote school events and initiatives * Ensure excellence in method delivery Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.600,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
