We would be delighted to assist\-you. **Your Responsibilities** -------------------------- * Develop system concepts and support their implementation through to series production. * Identify solutions and validate them theoretically/virtually. * Support the testing department in defining validation methods and execution. * Coordinate cooperation/interface with external engineering companies and other Palfinger global technical centers. * Interact with manufacturing and/or suppliers to optimize manufacturing capability and cost. * Develop 3D models and corresponding project drawings. * Perform analytical calculations, FEM stress simulations, and FEM-based fatigue strength calculations as part of product development and documentation, including static calculations. **Your Qualifications** ---------------------- * Completed university degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering; * Specialization or Master’s degree in fields related to mechanics, structural analysis, metallic materials, or structural simulation; * Experience in the development and production of large-scale structural components; * Proficiency in finite element method (FEM) calculations for steel components and fatigue strength assessment (ANSYS Mechanical Workbench, FEMFAT, FKM\-WELD, AutoFena); * Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software (preferably CREO); * Advanced English; German is a plus; * Reliable and autonomous teamwork approach. * Willingness to reside in Caxias do Sul \- RS **What We Offer** ------------------------ Standard benefits, subject to enrollment, including: * Meals – company cafeteria (with employee co-payment); * Transportation – shuttle service (with employee co-payment); * Health Insurance – Unimed NACIONAL (employee and dependents\* – 70% covered by company, 30% by employee) \*children up to age 18; * External and internal dental care (with co-payment based on usage); * Pharmacy discount program (monthly payroll deduction, per purchase); * Emergency medical service (company-covered protected area – no cost); * Group life insurance or tiered life insurance (with co-payment); * Private pension plans (VGBL and PGBL, per company policy and plan); * Resgate Sul home assistance service (protected urban area and within Caxias do Sul city – with co-payment); * Language and education programs (per company policy); * Employee association (with co-payment); * Workplace gymnastics (no cost); * Profit-sharing program (PPR, per company policy); * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
