Job Summary: Perform painting on equipment to ensure optimal visual appearance and final quality, interpreting work orders, preparing surfaces, and applying various paints. Key Highlights: 1. Perform setup and adjustment of painting equipment (spray gun) **Industrial Painter \- Shift 1** Details Perform painting on equipment to ensure the best possible visual appearance as well as final product quality in accordance with specific instructions and guidelines. Activities * Read and interpret production orders, drawings, and work instructions; * Prepare surfaces; * Apply paint according to pre\-determined specifications for each type of application; * Apply primers serving as the base for final painting; * Apply various paints using a spray gun onto metal surfaces; * Adjust and perform setup on painting equipment (spray gun); * Apply paint with all necessary care to achieve the final product's visual quality; * Work as part of a team, performing other tasks whenever required; * Support preventive maintenance and preservation of machinery; * Follow procedures according to company guidelines; * Provide reliable and objective information; * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization; * Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal and collective protective equipment.
