Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing sales budgets, conducting quotations and emergency purchases, and monitoring supply deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Management of quotations and emergency purchases with a focus on optimization. 2. Monitoring and control of deliveries to ensure operational efficiency. 3. Active collaboration in stock-out analysis. Handling sales team budget requests to generate quotations and purchase emergency parts; Conducting quotations with potential suppliers for emergency purchases; Executing emergency purchases by evaluating supplier, price, delivery lead time, current inventory, and optional items; Tracking deliveries of emergency purchases and informing other involved departments of the estimated delivery date; Maintaining records to analyze the root causes of emergency purchases and reporting findings to the coordinator and/or category buyer for the identified stock-out; Performing additional tasks as needed or as capacity allows within the Purchasing Department.
