Customer Assistance and Service** * Provide empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff by conducting research and consulting reliable sources. * Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2\. Technical and Legal Management** * Serve as the official technical responsible party for the establishment before regulatory agencies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure all required documentation is up to date: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Maintain and update the SNGPC system, submit transaction reports, and monitor any irregularities. **3\. Medication Control and Storage** * Supervise product storage, expiration dates, and pricing. * Oversee inventory control and auditing, especially for controlled substances (Portaria 344/98\). * Ensure proper archiving of prescriptions and mandatory reports. **4\.
