Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead teams, achieve production targets, and uphold quality, safety, and efficiency standards, with a strong focus on people development. Focus on continuous development of people **\*PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR \*** **· Work Location:** Caxias do Sul/RS – Distrito Industrial Unit **· Industry:** Metal-Mechanical **– Shift:** Afternoon. **· Employment Type –** 100% On-site **– Hiring Type:** CLT. **· Working Hours –** Shift 2: 5:00 PM to 2:18 AM (Monday to Friday). **\-** We are looking for a \***Production Supervisor\*** with solid experience in the \***metal-mechanical sector\*** to lead operational teams, ensure \***achievement of production targets, quality standards, safety, and process efficiency\***, working closely with departments such as maintenance, quality, and logistics to drive continuous improvement and \***primarily people development\***. **\-** **\*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\*** · Supervise shift operations to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and on-time delivery · Lead and develop production teams on the shop floor · Monitor and analyze shift performance indicators · Ensure compliance with operational standards and safety regulations · Organize production flow and reduce waste · Monitor machine setup times and equipment efficiency · Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogues) and reinforce safety culture · Manage absenteeism, discipline, and team performance · Facilitate coordination between shifts and support departments · Propose and implement continuous improvements in production processes **\*MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS – NON-NEGOTIABLE\*** · Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Materials, Civil), Business Administration, or related fields; · Solid experience as a Production Supervisor and \***people management experience\*** (Do not apply unless you have hands-on methodology, techniques, and tools applied as a people supervisor); · Experience in the metal-mechanical industry; · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Drawing Interpretation and Reading (DIR), Metrology, and ISO 9001 standards; · Balanced leadership profile, focused on people, safety, quality, and results; \- **\*COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:\*** · Salary range: Negotiable · Benefits package: Health insurance, Profit Participation Program (PPR), Dental insurance, Meal allowance, Commuter benefit. · **\*Candidates open to relocating to Caxias do Sul are welcome (Relocation assistance negotiable)\*** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$8\.000,00 \- R$10\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * This position requires solid experience as a Production Supervisor in the metal-mechanical industry.
