Clean and organize work surfaces, equipment (stoves, ovens), and kitchen utensils. Provide direct support to chefs during service by supplying requested ingredients and utensils. Sanitize work areas and properly dispose of waste, adhering to food safety standards. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Food Preparer, or Restaurant Assistant may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
