We are looking for a professional to work as an External Technician Assistant, performing fiber optic internet installations at our customers' homes. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with technology and possess a strong team spirit. Your main responsibilities will include: assisting technicians with fiber optic installations, testing equipment, explaining internet usage to customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements: To stand out in this opportunity, we seek a professional with: * Completed high school education (Technical training in Information Technology/Electronics is a plus). * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving ability. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Availability to work under CLT employment regime. * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
