Responsibility and proactivity in handling steel sheets About the Company: **Metalgusa is a local company from Caxias do Sul with over four decades of experience providing intelligent solutions that ensure high standards of quality, technology, and reliability in steel cutting.** About the Opportunity: **Production Assistant** **We are seeking a Production Assistant** In this role, you will work in the Laser department, assisting with feeding and handling steel sheets using an overhead crane. **Responsibilities:** Work in the Laser department, handling steel sheets, organizing cut parts, inspecting and measuring components, as well as maintaining organization and cleanliness of the work area and equipment; Assist with other tasks as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications:** \- Minimum 1 year of experience in this role; \- Proven experience operating an overhead crane. **Training:** \- LID and Metrology; \- Overhead Crane Operator; \- NR-12 Machine Safety. **Preferred Qualifications:** \- Knowledge of steel, metal sheets, and areas such as Laser, Bending, and Oxy-fuel Cutting; \- Completed high school education; **Our Benefits:** \- Competitive salary aligned with experience; \- Meal allowance at partner restaurants (R$ 1.67 deduction per meal); \- Transportation allowance (1.5% deduction); \- Health insurance (Circulo) + Dental insurance; \- Attendance-based VR card; \- Basic food basket; \- Childcare assistance; \- Life insurance; \- 20% hazard pay based on minimum wage; \- A welcoming environment focused on professional and personal development.
