Job Summary:
Manage and optimize laboratory operational processes, lead teams, monitor performance indicators, and ensure service quality while interacting with clients.

Manage and optimize laboratory operational processes;
Ensure compliance with applicable technical and regulatory standards;
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement continuous improvements;
Standardize processes, procedures, and work instructions to ensure consistency and traceability;
Lead and engage technical and administrative teams, develop competencies, and promote high performance;
Control calibration deadlines, testing schedules, and field services to ensure adherence to timelines;
Act as the interface with clients, ensuring technical alignment and service quality;
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvement;
Participate in and conduct internal and external audits.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Engineering, Administration, or related fields);
Experience in process and team management;
Knowledge of metrology laboratory routines (a plus);
Experience with performance indicators and continuous improvement;
Proficiency in management tools and Excel.

7:45 AM – 5:33 PM, with a 1-hour break
**Location:**
São José, Caxias do Sul – RS
Salary: R$6,000.00 – R$7,000.00 per month
