RPEOTTA is seeking a **Drainage Project Analyst** to strengthen our engineering team in Rio de Janeiro. If you are passionate about engineering, seek to develop innovative solutions, and want to make a difference in challenging projects, this is your chance! **On-site work in Barra da Tijuca** **Responsibilities** * **Hydraulic and Hydrological Sizing:** Conduct hydrological studies and perform complete sizing of drainage devices (galleries, culverts, ditches, catch basins, energy dissipators). * **Development of Construction Projects:** Produce construction projects, plans, longitudinal profiles, typical sections, and construction details in compliance with technical standards (ABNT, DNIT, etc.). * **Modeling and Simulation:** Use specialized software for hydraulic modeling and flow simulations (e.g., Civil 3D, HEC\-RAS, SWMM), ensuring the efficiency of proposed solutions. * **Technical Documentation:** Prepare and review Descriptive Memos, Calculation Memos, Technical Specifications, and Quantity Takeoff Spreadsheets. * **Coordination:** Ensure seamless integration and compatibility of the drainage project with other infrastructure disciplines (earthworks, paving, structures). * **Technical Interaction:** Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide technical support to construction teams, interacting with clients and regulatory agencies for project approvals. **Requirements** * Prior experience in developing drainage projects (roadway, urban, or sanitation). * **Proficiency** in drafting and modeling software, especially **AutoCAD Civil 3D** (mandatory) and AutoCAD. * Knowledge and application of sector-specific technical standards and regulations.
