We are seeking a professional who wishes to work in an environment oriented toward innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement—the pillars of our SHAPE culture: Shared success, helping each other succeed, continuous improvement, purpose-driven leadership, and valuing all voices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for managing procurement processes for materials, components, and services, ensuring fulfillment of production and administrative needs with appropriate quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency. * Work with autonomy and critical thinking, collaborating with internal departments and suppliers to promote shared success and continuous improvement of procurement processes. * Contribute to strategic analyses, negotiations, and contract management, exercising purpose-driven leadership and valuing all voices in decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in **procurement routines within industrial companies**, preferably medium- or large-sized enterprises. * Experience in procurement of direct and indirect materials, technical components, and services. * Experience in supplier development and qualification, including commercial negotiations and contract management. * Participation in cost-reduction, process-improvement, or automation projects within the supply chain area. * Experience with ERP systems **(preferably SAP**, or Totvs Protheus). * Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments with interaction among departments such as engineering, production, quality, and logistics. * **Desirable experience in international procurement** and engagement with foreign suppliers. * Knowledge of **procurement performance indicators (KPIs).** * Experience managing processes with focus on compliance, ethics, and sustainability across the supply chain. * Completed bachelor's degree. **Additional Information** On-site cafeteria Unimed health plan Transportation allowance Life insurance and funeral assistance Childcare assistance for mothers PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) Attendance bonus At ESAB, we believe innovation emerges when extraordinary people unite with purpose.
