




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields, completed or in progress; * Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva; * Knowledge of printing processes and adaptation for physical and digital materials; * Ability to align aesthetics and functionality with internal communication needs; * Skill in building narratives through graphic elements, making communication more engaging and clear. * Create visual concepts and graphic assets for internal campaigns (offline and digital), aligned with company culture and objectives; * Develop and maintain visual standards and identities for internal channels, ensuring compliance and consistency; * Adapt existing materials according to departmental needs while preserving quality and visual identity; * Support the development of visual narratives for strategic projects and employee engagement initiatives; * Serve as a technical reference for visual adjustments and best design practices across internal channels; * Suggest process and material improvements focused on innovation and employee experience.
