Assume the role of a software engineer, going beyond feature implementation, with focus on technical decisions, architecture, code reviews, automation of the development workflow, and continuous improvement of the product’s quality, performance, and security standards. Employees residing in Caxias do Sul work in a hybrid model, attending the office twice per week. Candidates from other cities are also very welcome. Responsibilities * Identify, analyze, and model technical solutions for implementing system requirements, applying software engineering principles and adhering to established project standards; * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems—including legacy environments—across analysis, modeling, coding, testing, and post-deployment adjustments; * Review team members’ pull requests, evaluating quality and adherence to standards.
