You will join our team as a Production Assistant on construction site execution, contributing to quality, schedule adherence, and cost control, in accordance with the company’s established standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** You will join our team as a Production Assistant, responsible for: * Monitoring the physical progress of the construction project, verifying and supervising the execution of operational services on site, using computerized systems for recording, ensuring compliance with procedures, schedules, designs, and service quality, as well as supporting the implementation of occupational safety measures. * Performing administrative tasks on site, including document filing and delivery, form completion, entering invoices into the system, reporting sustainability indicators, adjusting time clock records, assisting with scheduling medical examinations, cost allocations, equipment rentals, payments/reimbursements, and other general administrative routines related to the construction project. * Holding periodic meetings with field staff and suppliers to align activity scheduling, identify potential deviations, and develop corrective action plans. * Preparing supplier measurement spreadsheets using specific documentation for manager approval. * Preparing competitive bidding tables for procurement of materials and services. * Maintaining contact with suppliers throughout the entire process—from contract preparation, through budgeting and invoicing, to monitoring and control. * Ensuring compliance with Safety Regulations on site, managing, verifying, and maintaining occupational safety documentation such as Work Orders, Checklists, Preliminary Risk Analyses, Work Permits, PPE Records, etc. * Analyzing the physical and financial progress of the department, collecting field progress data, generating requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts in the system, controlling material inventory, monitoring material consumption on site, analyzing expenditures, contract balances, forecasts, and potential deviations—consolidating and presenting this information to the Site Manager to support decision-making. * Supporting audits conducted by support departments, following company procedures and standards to ensure achievement of project goals. * Managing material inventory and deliveries, recording each material’s entry and exit at the site to guarantee adherence to the scheduled timeline and deadlines. * Updating area performance indicators, conducting relevant analyses to measure results and improve performance. * Performing other duties related to the position, as requested by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Microsoft Office Suite AutoCAD Occupational Safety Standards (specific) Technical Standards (specific); Ability to read technical drawings **Additional Information** Wellhub Alelo (Meal & Food Vouchers) Transportation Allowance Medical and Dental Plans At Vitta, we have one goal: **to fulfill dreams and transform people’s lives.** In ten years, we have become part of many people’s stories—whether clients who achieved homeownership or colleagues who share our passion for innovation.
