Job Summary: Conduct product and process audits and inspections, supporting management in analyzing productive variables and ensuring effective interdepartmental communication. Key Highlights: 1. Then Grendene is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct audits and inspections of products and processes, evaluating aesthetic and finishing aspects; * Support management and teams in analyzing and defining acceptable variables within the production process to guide manufacturing operations; * Clearly document defined variables and parameters via the Quality Form and keep it updated according to evolving needs; * Participate in tracking departmental pending items, collecting and consolidating information to ensure correct activity prioritization aligned with established deadlines; * Ensure effective interdepartmental communication and document quality deviations that were released by mutual agreement; * Facilitate knowledge sharing among the quality team to collectively drive continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets; * Experience creating presentation materials (PowerPoint, Canvas); * Discipline, strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and proactivity complete the profile. **Additional Information** * Work Format: On-site * Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\.
