Job Summary: Responsible for operating and adjusting vibratory finishing and part conditioning machines, ensuring production complies with work orders and instructions, and inspecting part quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate assembly, welding, and finishing machines and equipment. 2. Perform adjustments and quality inspection of produced parts. 3. Assist in material inspection and complete process-related documentation. Responsible for operating machines in the vibratory finishing and part conditioning department, adjusting and regulating necessary parameters to meet production orders and work instructions. We have an opening for a **Machine Operator I**, to work at the **Matcon Locks and Hardware Unit**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate assembly, welding, and finishing machines and/or equipment according to work instructions and specifications. * Operate and perform minor adjustments on assembly machines, regulating parameters, changing tools, and loading materials. * Assist in material inspection. * Inspect quality of produced parts, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and directing non-conforming items to relevant departments when required. * Conduct visual inspections of parts and verify process parameter sheets to ensure quality control. * Accurately complete all process-related documentation per company standards and procedures. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability to work the 2nd shift in Farroupilha, from 3:00 PM to 12:41 AM, Monday through Friday. * Completed elementary education. **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** **Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 12:41 AM.** **Benefits That Care for You!** At Soprano, we believe a healthy environment begins with care.
