You will join a strong and established company that provides full context for consistent delivery of services to our customers. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Providing technical support for system administration and security, assisting with access control, monitoring * vulnerabilities, and implementing preventive measures. * + Monitoring network, servers, backup, and telephony systems to ensure SLA compliance and service * availability. * + Installing, configuring, and supporting equipment and software—including radio frequency devices, printers, and mobile applications—ensuring integration with company systems. * + Responding to technical support requests and incidents, resolving issues and assisting in improving IT operational processes. * + Supporting system maintenance and version updates, ensuring information security and integrity. * + Supporting IT inventory activities, organizing and ensuring availability of technological resources. + Assisting in IT system and infrastructure implementation, coordinating with vendors and executing technical team instructions. * + Delivering basic training on IT systems and tools, preparing supporting materials when necessary. + Complying with Occupational Safety and SGI standards, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices. * + Reporting non-conformities and supporting security incident investigations, contributing to continuous improvement of IT processes. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
