Participate in preparing management reports and suggesting improvements An importer of hospital supplies and personal protective equipment seeks an E-Commerce Assistant in Cascavel (Downtown). Medix Brasil is a company specialized in health and wellness solutions, offering services and products aimed at improving the population's quality of life. **Responsibilities:** Assist in executing e-commerce operational routines related to customer service and online store maintenance. Assist in product registration, updating, and publishing on the website, including descriptions, prices, images, and inventory. Monitor customer service via email, phone, chat, etc. Track order modifications. Monitor exchange, return, and cancellation processes. Monitor online store inventory verification and updates. Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, IT, Logistics, Sales) to ensure execution of defined processes and continuously improve current workflows. Monitor preparation of sales management reports, tracking e-commerce performance metrics such as sales, conversions, cart abandonment, and user behavior, and suggest improvements. Collaborate in planning and executing promotions and offers together with Media and Creative departments. Monitor report generation on Shopify, Mercado Pago, and Bling platforms. Suggest improvements to e-commerce processes to optimize customer experience and increase operational efficiency. Monitor claims, damages, and indemnifications with logistics carriers. Assist in preparing documentation related to the scope of work. Perform other related tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor. Position located in Cascavel / PR. Previous experience as E-Commerce Assistant, Online Sales Assistant, E-Commerce Operator, or Junior E-Commerce Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
