Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to plan, schedule, and control resources, ensuring optimization of medium- and low-voltage preventive maintenance and effectiveness of services. We operate across the entire energy chain, with activities in generation, distribution, transmission, and commercialization, as well as energy solutions. In this position, you will be expected to: * Plan, schedule, and control physical, financial, material, equipment, and other resources based on proposed prioritization to optimize execution of medium- and low-voltage preventive maintenance services. * Monitor the effectiveness of the proposed planning to validate executed services or reschedule them. * Develop and manage maintenance plans jointly with Operational Bases; * Interact with Maintenance Supervisors and Base Supervisors and monitor execution of the Inspection Plan; * Define FTE for service execution and monitor the opening of service orders and requests for scheduled outages; * Analyze, validate, monitor the scheduling workflow with Pre-Operations, and confirm service scheduling requests with Operational Bases, paying attention to deadlines and compliance with operational procedures to avoid service cancellations; * Interact with Maintenance Supervisors and Base Supervisors and monitor execution of the WTS Maintenance Plan; * Ensure necessary materials for scheduled executions are available from warehouses and operational bases; * Ensure inspection demand for defects and generation of projects for service execution; * Monitor and validate service measurements and ensure closure of anomalies in GOM. Requirements: 2 years of experience in maintenance and network construction scheduling. **Desirable:** 1. Ability to perform planning, service dispatching, and control activities using Office Suite (Excel), E-order; SGM; GOM; and SDE; 2. Ability to generate defect reports in GOM, group defects, and generate Work Orders; 3. Ability to estimate material and labor costs; 4. Ability to close defects in operational systems; - Education required by the area: Technical Degree in Electrotechnology. Desirable: Degree in Electrical Engineering.
