Description:
* Completed high school education;
* Basic computer skills;
* Knowledge of networks and computer maintenance;
* Familiarity with the city's geography;
* Driver's license category B and defensive driving certification.
Preferred qualifications:
* 6 months of experience in the telecommunications field;
* Willingness to travel;
* Knowledge of access transmission technologies and media, including twisted-pair cables and optical fiber;
* Router and signal repeater configuration;
* Structured cabling;
* Customer service techniques.

* Use personal and collective protective equipment when required;
* Operate company vehicles when necessary;
* Perform other related duties as required by the department and leadership direction;
* Maintain company vehicles in compliance with Fleet Management procedures, ensuring proper functionality;
* Implement workplace safety processes, such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and use of PPE, in accordance with current legislation;
* Execute field service work orders, including installation, repair, address changes, and other services, following company-defined operational procedures; provide referrals for additional or new sales;
* Safeguard and be accountable for the conservation, maintenance, proper use, and custody of company-provided resources, and inspect the work environment after service completion to ensure organization, cleanliness, and proper disposal of used materials.
