In the meantime, please keep your information updated and complete all online assessment steps so we can learn more about you. **Responsibilities and Duties** About the Position: * Register all deliveries in the system (input of purchase invoices and/or shipments of medicines and medical supplies); * Identify storable items (identification labels \- Identify medicines, diets, and health products, attaching their respective barcodes to enable item identification within the hospital system); * Prepare/analyze tracking spreadsheets for the process whenever necessary; * Provide support in controlling entries and exits of loans in the hospital system (control and subsequent billing and/or payment); * Generate reports for verification/monitoring of routine activities, for inventory control and/or information sharing with other departments; * Ensure invoice postings comply with UHG deadlines; communicate inconsistencies preventing operations to responsible departments; * And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** If customer delight and service excellence resonate with you, Rede Américas’ service area is where you belong.
