Job Summary: General services professional responsible for cleaning and maintenance of various areas, assisting in supply management and reporting damages. Key Highlights: 1. Perform cleaning and sanitization of various areas and equipment 2. Assist in managing cleaning supplies 3. Report damages and maintain sanitation records * Clean floors, walls, handrails, stairs, countertops, water fountains, televisions, windows, and any other areas as required, using appropriate tools provided by the company; * Assist the facilities supervisor in preparing the procurement list of products necessary for the general services team's work; * Notify the facilities supervisor of deteriorations, such as toilets, flush valves, sinks, trash bins, or any other damages identified during the shift; * Record sanitized areas according to company protocol; * Maintain communication with other team members, offering or requesting assistance as needed.
