PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Professional Development Coordinator **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Work schedule and shift patterns will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week **SALARY STRUCTURE:** R$ 8\.625,44 \+ Function Allowance: R$ 2\.327,49 \= Total Salary: R$ 10\.952,93 **UNIT:** Avenida Padre Cícero, São José \| Crato CE \- 63133830 **JOB SUMMARY:** Plans, coordinates, executes, and evaluates Professional Development activities at the Operational Unit, ensuring efficiency of SENAT’s teaching and learning process in accordance with Executive Department guidelines, and develops commercial initiatives for SENAT’s products. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Education Sciences, Pedagogy, Psychology, Juridical Sciences, Economics, or Administration — either Bachelor’s or Teaching License program. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** 1\) Proven professional experience in management positions. 2\) Proven professional experience in education and/or professional development activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of services rendered, and description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology consistent with that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous worker payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
