Pedagogical management and excellence in school processes Job Description: Pedagogical Coordinator Job Mission Lead the implementation and planning of pedagogical projects, ensuring the academic organization of the unit, continuous support to teachers and students, and excellence in service delivery and school processes. Main Responsibilities Pedagogical Management: Implement, evaluate, coordinate, and plan the development of pedagogical projects. Support and Service Delivery: Provide direct support to teachers and students, ensuring resolution of conflicts and inquiries. Channel Management: Monitor and actively respond to WhatsApp messages and emails addressed to the coordination team. Administrative Control: Perform system entries, update class diaries, and manage makeup class scheduling. Academic Infrastructure: Inspect and ensure classroom organization and standardization. Mandatory Requirements **Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature or Pedagogy.** **Experience in Pedagogical Coordination.** Location: Espinheiro/Recife Preferred Qualifications: **Fluent English** **Experience in managing academic performance indicators.** **Experience with active teaching methodologies.** Behavioral Competencies **Technical and people leadership profile.** **Organizational skills and sense of priority.** **Assertive and communicative communication.** **Proactivity and results-oriented attitude.** **Ethical and professional conduct.** Additional Information Working Hours: 44 hours per week (Monday through Saturday).
