




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to handle administrative routines and commercial customer service, supporting member acquisition and conversion. Focus on acquiring and converting new members. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and communicative professional to work as an **Administrative Assistant** at our vehicle protection company. In addition to administrative duties, this person will also **conduct commercial customer service**, directly supporting the sales team. Our focus is ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes and supporting the acquisition and conversion of new members. **Responsibilities:** * Support general administrative routines (document organization, registrations, contract issuance, spreadsheet control, etc.); * Schedule and confirm appointments; * Support sales consultants; * Generate reports; * Conduct training sessions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (higher education in progress—Administration, Management Processes, or related fields—is desirable); * Experience in administrative routines and/or customer service; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, systems, and communication tools (WhatsApp Business, CRM, email); * Good typing speed and organizational skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in telephone support and helpdesk; * Experience in training delivery. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organization and attention to detail; * Strong communication and active listening skills; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Results-oriented mindset; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Agility and commitment. **Additional Information:** * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
